Spring has eventually arrived

We can safely say that spring has eventually arrived and think we have all been a bit shocked this Easter weekend with the arrival of sun- shine at long last! Even though we have also had snow the weekend amid the sunshine all we will remember is the sun! As we headed north on Bank Holiday Monday to a 21st birthday we were relieved the weather was nice as the party was being held in a field! We were catering for three hundred and the parents of the boy are farmers and asked if we could set up our machines in the field which is no problem as our machines run on gas and can be used anywhere, on arrival we set the machines up and got the meat on the go whilst the meat was cooking we started to set up the marquee and laid out the tables again so relieved that it was dry! Hog roast had everything under control as the guests started to arrive and the pig basking on the spit roast go people chatting! We cooked pig, duck and lamb and to accompany the meat we prepared salads fresh at the venue everything we do is prepared on the day at the event fresh we never ever compromise with quality. Before we knew it the meat was cooked and we began to carve and plate up the meat Hog roast hire were asked to make sandwiches with the meat for the guests and we did we also made some dips and sauces too. After everyone had ate we cleared away and cleaned our machines we took away all the rubbish there was some meat left over so we carved the meat and gave it to the host, as we were getting ready to go a few people came over to us to ask what we charge and they were all impressed when they realised the cost hog roasting per head is very reasonable and people always tend to think hog roasting is expensive but clearly not the case and our food is sheer quality take a look on our website we look forward to hearing from you…
