Hello!
Wow we have been overrun with inquires this week for wedding catering in the summer of 2013 and also 2014 this is excellent news for Spitting Pig Sussex. It’s such a special time for a couple and it unites friends and families together, we just love catering for them. While our sales representatives have been taking inquires over the telephone they have had a few inquiry’s for people wanting to get married in a tepee, this must now be becoming a very popular venue for couples to tie the knot. Maybe it’s not as traditional as the norm (church) but neither are we, our food looks great at any event and your guests certainly will be amazed by the taste and not forgetting the smell of the hog and its roasting in front of your guests eyes!
This week we have three jobs booked in; one of them is a christening for a baby girl called Scarlett in the small village of Langley, there is only a small amount of guests but they have chosen a beautiful menu to accompany it. We will be calving slowly roasted Lamb over flames and draped with fresh rosemary. Serving that with a fresh spring leaf salad and hot new potatoes drizzled in butter and herbs. Oh I’m just hungry thinking about this.
