The start of October we hosted a Hog Roast in Saltdean for a lovely couple who were celebrating their engagement. The couple had booked a Menu 4, our traditional Hog Roast with a selection of our home made salads and a vegetarian option – grilled Vegetable and Halloumi skewers. A favourite amongst the none meat eaters! We had a serve time of 7.30 so we had a full day to prep for this event. We arrived on site early, a stunning garden at the back of the house with beautiful views, and after a warm greeting we were showed to the spot where we were to serve from. We set up our gazebo and set about making our salads. The Happy couple had the garden laid out with a few tables and chairs, pretty fairy lights and a nice fire pit to keep people warm as the evening progressed.
After everyone had eaten we cleared everything away and left everyone to party the night away. We were thanked by the family for the delicious Hog Roast in Saltdean and set off on our merry way.
