Here at Hog Roast Uckfield, we love being part of life’s most special moments, and this recent wedding anniversary celebration was one to remember! Set in the beautiful Sussex countryside, our team was invited to cater for a lovely couple marking their milestone anniversary surrounded by family, friends, and fantastic food.
Instead of our traditional hog roast, the couple chose one of our ever-popular BBQ menus, which is always a hit at summer and outdoor events. The scent of sizzling food filled the air as our chefs prepared a feast of freshly grilled favourites, all cooked to perfection right in front of the guests.
The star of the spread included Handmade British Beef Burgers, juicy and full of flavour, served in soft rolls with a selection of fresh toppings and sauces. Alongside these were our Chef’s Own Gourmet Sausages, a mix of traditional and speciality flavours that went down a treat with guests of all ages.
Adding a little spice to the mix, our Thai Chicken Kebabs were marinated in a fragrant blend of herbs and spices, then flame-grilled to juicy perfection, vibrant and colourful addition to the menu. And of course, no BBQ would be complete without some smoky, sticky, melt-in-the-mouth BBQ Meaty Marinated Spareribs, a true crowd favourite that disappeared fast!
Guests mingled, chatted, and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere while our team ensured the food kept coming fresh off the grill. The smiles around the table said it all, delicious food really does make every celebration even more special.
As the evening drew to a close, the happy couple thanked our team for helping make their anniversary meal one to remember. For us, it’s always an honour to be part of these personal moments, seeing people come together to share great food and even greater memories is exactly why we love what we do.
