Over the Easter break, the beautiful bride and groom, Jill and Stan, opted for our classic Hog Roast Eastbourne menu. This includes delicious and tender cajun chicken breasts, accompanied by crunchy salad and slaw encased in a bun, a bap or a wrap and of course, the star of the show, our succulent signature pulled pork and for those who prefer their cuisine to be green, BBQ pulled jackfruit as a vegan alternative.
The delighted couple and guests were served all evening, in between the drinks, dancing and (hopefully) happy tears, guests were welcomed to freshly made servings of whatever their hearts desired and it’s safe to say Jill and Stan weren’t the only love story that day. The guests adored their meals and I mean can we blame them? Additionally, the food station was positioned right by the dance floor making it easily accessible. The wedding company could party hard and indulge in the great selection of food all night, everybody was fuelled and energetic, exactly what you need to keep the night alive!
