This Christmas, Hugh from the company decided to host a delicious meal for the staff to enjoy, to thank them for their hard work and to celebrate the festive period. To do this, Hugh contacted Hog Roast Horsham to arrange catering for the event and chose our classic hog roast menu, with a few additional extras. This menu would be ideal for the 60 guests and would make a great festive lunch!
On the day of the lunch, the Hog Roast Horsham team arrived at the Cauliflower Group Ltd.’s building in Bordon. We began by setting up our catering station and getting started on slow-roasting the hog and preparing the BBQ pulled jackfruit. For this event, we also prepared a couple of extra main dishes, including marinated grilled chicken and roasted vegetable skewers. Once ready, the mains were served with fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. For the side dishes, we prepared homemade chips and sweet potato fries, as well as a variety of seasonal salad dishes. The menu was served to the guests buffet style on wooden crockery and cutlery, as this was the ideal level of formality for the event. our catering went down a treat and was a great contrast to the usual office lunches!
