Over the several decades that Hog Roast Littlehampton has catered for events, we have never allowed ourselves to sit still. Even as the nation’s number one hog roast caterer we have continued to look for new ways to improve, new ways to tighten up our service, new ways to add even more quality to our event dining.
We learned some time ago that the best way to improve is to engage with our customers directly. For good feedback and negative, it is immensely helpful to our abilities as a caterer to hear firsthand what our customers thought of their event. During an event we can usually gauge the general reaction to our dining. You see it in guest’s faces as they dine, you see it in how many and how often they come back to the serving table for seconds or event thirds, you hear it most in the contented silence that suddenly takes over an event from time to time as everyone just splendours in their delicious hog roast for a while.
But even still, we like to then reach out to our customers directly after their event so that we can get a fuller and more detailed picture of how our team performed and how our service was received. These testimonials allow us to see exactly where our strengths lie and where we can still do with a bit of tightening up. If there are certain aspects that are continually being called out, either positively or negatively, then we know exactly where to focus our attention in future. It is vital for the growth of any business to conduct themselves this way. Be reflective, take on feedback, implement changes, and never let yourself get too set in your ways and tired. By talking to our customers the Hog Roast Littlehampton team has never had to worry about becoming too creaky or left behind. That feedback keeps us fresh and new for every new event that comes our way.
So, if you have an event with Hog Roast Littlehampton coming soon, or have recently had one, then please do give us as much of your honest feedback as possible. No matter what you have to say, it is going to make us better for several more decades of hog roasting!
