Martin is currently in the process of planning an open day for the university where he works at. The event is set to take place this spring and will be the first time many of the visitors will have visited the university before. As a result, it is important that Martin can make a good impression through his event! Alongside the facilities and taster sessions taking place during the day, the campus will also be filled with fun activities and catering options for students and guests to enjoy. For the catering, Hog Roast Battle has been hired to provide our gourmet BBQ menu for the occasion, as it is our most varied menu and is bound to have something for everyone to enjoy.
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Battle team is planning on arriving at the university with plenty of time to prepare for the day. Our menu will be served between 12:00pm and 3:00pm to allow as many guests as possible to enjoy our delicious menu. For the mains, we will be serving succulent British beef burgers, pork sausages, tasty veggie sausages, marinated chicken kebabs, halloumi and vegetable skewers, and BBQ spareribs. The mains will also be served with fresh bread rolls, alongside homemade chips, corn on the cob, crunchy coleslaw, and a selection of fresh salad dishes. The menu will be a great addition to the open day as nothing makes a better impression than delicious food!
