Hog Roast HadlowWe can cook you spit-roasted meat like turkey, chicken, lamb or beef or something more exotic instead, or we can barbecue gourmet sausages, 100% beef burgers and ribs. We have complete menus on offer, like our festive menu or winter warmer, both of which give you plenty of choice in terms of the meat, vegetables and potatoes that we serve you and your guests, and all feature the trimmings you’d expect, like apple or cranberry sauce, gravy and sage and onion stuffing. We can also make sure that guests with dietary needs have a delicious, suitable dish, and we can serve additional dishes like canapés, starters, desserts and sides. Whatever your needs, Hog Roast Hadlow has got you covered.

For a birthday party that we catered for Michelle recently, we were asked to make our amazing pigs in buns and these delectable pieces of heaven are what you may know as hog roast rolls, where we prepare and cook the pig on the day, so it’s fresh as can be and produces crispy, salty skin and moist and tender meat. Accompanied by our tasty trimmings inside fresh bread rolls and wraps and topped with various condiments if preferred, we’re sure that you and your guests will love them and you’ll certainly be back for seconds or more!

On the day of Michelle’s party, our Hog Roast Hadlow chef and catering assistant cooked up a feast for all the senses; the hog roast looked and smelled divine and, of course, tasted fantastic, with bits of the meat and crackling crammed inside rolls and wraps and smothered in our scrumptious apple sauce and stuffing. By the end of service, the hog had been stripped clean and we left everyone to dance the night away.
