A couple of weeks ago we were contacted by Gary, the busy landlord of a seaside pub in Bognor Regis. Gary was looking for a way to revamp his traditional Sunday carvery menu and give his guests a truly memorable dining experience. After being recommended by a friend who had previously hired one of our machines, Gary was eager to give it a go himself. However, being a hog roast novice, it was understandable that he wanted to test it out before committing to buying one.
