Its time for another Hog Blog from the Spitting Pig Sussex team! Hello to all our blog followers hope you have all had a great month 🙂
Its February already I can’t believe we are already into the second month of 2011 time just seems to by flying by this year.
Myself and two other members of the Spitting Pig Sussex team are off to Brighton tomorrow. Not for a leisurely day at the seaside though unfortunately not only is it far too cold for the beach but we are also far too busy working hard as usual.
We have four machines to deliver to customers who are hiring for the weekend before we travel to a hotel on the outskirts of Brighton to cater for a large business conference.
The conference has over 100 confirmed attendees and we will be treating them to a tasty hog roast as well as spit roasted lamb and a selection of our yummy side dishes as well. The organisers of this event got in touch with us after looking at our great corporate hospitality menu options. We adapted their favourite sample menu slightly to create exactly what they wanted because we like to go the extra mile for our customers.
So its a busy weekend for us this weekend but not as busy as Valentines day will be. We have so many confirmed bookings already and more enquiries have come in today, it won’t be long before the whole team is fully booked up. So if you are planning on hosting a party that weekend get in touch before its too late!
