While we cook a mean hog roast, as testified by many of our repeat customers, we can also cook up a storm with something completely different if preferred, regardless of your personal tastes (or those of your guests). We can provide food that can be enjoyed by all those you invite and not just the majority, as we also cook scrumptious spit roasts and barbecues and offer standalone menus to wow everyone with. In terms of our hog roasts, after sizzling to perfection in front of you for several hours, we can then make a sit-down meal of moist meat, crispy crackling, your choice of seasonal vegetables and potatoes, as well as our homemade trio of stuffing, apple sauce and onion gravy or you may prefer heaps of pigs in buns instead, where we add the meat, crackling, stuffing and apple sauce to fresh wraps and rolls.
