After launching a successful start-up company during the pandemic, Mike Brown was eager to be able to host his first corporate social event now that lockdown restrictions and social distancing measures have begun to ease. He wanted to host a cocktail party for his family, friends, supporters, and staff to thank them for helping him reach his current position. Without their support and enthusiasm, his start-up would have never become any more than just a dream, so he wanted to finally give back to them with a social event full of great food and drinks!
The cocktail party was taking place at a local cocktail bar, with them providing the drinks for the evening. The catering was provided by Hog Roast Chichester, with our signature Hog Roast Dining experience. The canapés were the star of this event, with our team serving roasted duck, chicken liver parfait, mini fish and chips, chicken satay skewers, and mini quiches to the guests as they arrived. This was followed by a buffet-style main course, consisting of whole-roasted free-range chickens and sirloins of English beef. The main dish was served with fresh salad and roasted new potatoes. To complete the catering, we served our beautiful summer pudding or creamy cheesecake to the guests.
This dining experience was a great success, with Mike being over the moon with our service, presentation and food quality.
