You may prefer one of our Hog Roast Westfield speciality menus to be served instead, like our fabulous Southern Slow Roast, which gives you no less than three slow-roasted marinated meats and four sides, or our Loaded Fries, where we add brisket or pork, slaw and melted cheese to fresh-cooked chips. When a new customer approached us to ask about catering his private party, he’d heard wonderful things about our pigs in buns but he was concerned about his guests with dietary needs. However, we soon calmed his fears, once we told him that we can easily cater for special diets, and often do. With both gluten-free and vegetarian guests invited, he was happy to hear that for the latter, we could make our tasty veggie skewers, and the gluten-free guests could actually enjoy our pigs in buns, and all we would need to do was take along suitable bread rolls and wraps.
On the day of the party, everyone invited loved our food and our customer was overjoyed that everyone had great food made just for them.
