After her busiest 6 months since opening her business, Sophie chose to host a formal meeting for her senior staff members to attend. On the day of the meeting, the Hog Roast Falmer Felbridge team arrived at the office building with plenty of time to prepare the menu. We began with the starters, which consisted of a homemade soup of the day, alongside fresh bread, and butter. This is a delicious and comforting starter that always goes down well with any guest list.
For the main course, Hog Roast Falmer Felbridge served a classic main course, including a slow-roasted hog and all of the trimmings. This dish included roasted baby potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and a selection of delicious accompaniments.
For the dessert course, the guests enjoyed chocolate torte and sticky toffee pudding. Every dish was served with English cream and fresh berries, creating a delicious and elegant final course.
